Jackie’s approach to both these disciplines is firm but gentle. Using certain techniques we can harness our own power for self-healing and it is this aspect that inspires Jackie most.

"I like to create a flowing friendly practise using elements of Hatha and Patanjali's Ashthanga Yoga. We will work with the breath whilst holding postures to allow the body to open and mind to relax."

It is the inter-connectivity between our bodies, mind and spirit that is the true benefit of yoga.
