It’s starting to feel like Spring! At this time we may find the motivation to put into action some of our ideas and aspirations, that have been developing during the cosy Winter months. Our bodies naturally start to detox, our minds feel clearer and we have more energy.
We can use Yoga to support this process. Detoxing, energising and making space mentally for the growth period of Spring. Twist, open and restore!
We will combine restorative and active approaches to Asana (postures). Pranayama (breathwork) and simple mantra (chanting) are also included.
